Hello Bill,

Thank you so much for the great service you gave to us on Saturday for hiring the mobility scooter.

It really turned a good day into a great one for both of us. Husband Derek could walk at normal pace and I could keep up, without discomfort, for a change. Wonderful!

The scooter was easy to operate and very easy to manouvre in and out of tight spaces, especially through the crowds.
Not a finger or toe was run over (by me) all day!!

We would definately recommend you to anyone needing help with mobility when up your way.

On behalf of New Zealand King Salmon/Regal/Pead PR we can’t thank you enough for all of your help this weekend. It definitely made my weekend less stressful and really appreciated you taking the trailer back on Sunday morning – above and beyond. The people of Marlborough are really one of a kind. We will definitely be back next year and in fact my family is going to do the race, including my family who will come over especially from South Africa for it. I can’t wait and I hope we will all be able to meet up for a beer again??

Hi Bill,
I would like to add to the compliments you've posted in the testimonials, but couldn't figure out how.
Four of us blew into your shop a couple of weeks ago looking for a few hours' ride through the wine country, and frankly not expecting much of the bikes. (Some of us have a lot of commuter miles behind us. A couple had crossed the USA on their tandem.) We knew we'd be okay on whatever you threw at us. All of us had endured nonfunctional shifters and rubbing brakes on rental bike jalopies, but none of us had ever rented bikes as good as yours.
Wow. The set up time was minimal but everything we needed was there worked perfectly. Your young employee efficiently and accurately advised us about a route from Blenheim to Renwick. The assortment of packs and panniers and locks covered all our gear needs. We couldn't believe how smoothly the gearshifting worked and how easy the bikes were to ride.
When I saw the red paint with BACKROADS in yellow I tried to squash rising expectations. But yes, those were top notch bikes formerly owned by the first class Berkeley, CA touring company and you have kept them in top condition.
The least experienced rider in our group reminisced later about our ride. She kept asking her husband if she could get a bike that good for riding at home. I think I know the answer.

Customer feedback on staff knowledge and appearance - uniforms

Thanks Bill, appreciate it -  Have to say bloody impressed with those young ones of yours you’ve obviously trained them well. They speak passionately about sales and all levels of customers they seem to know what’s going on in there market area as well. This is without a doubt very rare more so the fact that they are young.
